I have been making photographs since the age of 14 using a variety of equipment from large format to 35mm and now Micro-Four-Thirds.
My passion is in monochrome work, working in series rather than the single image format though I am also happy to use colour where it is appropriate. I like to seek out the quirky and unusual features of modern life. Photo book making is becoming an important part of my work.
I am secretary of the Royal Photographic Society’s Contemporary photography group and also lead the RPS East Midlands joint Contemporary and Documentary Group.
